Overhangs: The numbers on the arc are the angle (in degrees) from vertical. You can use this to help determine what overhang level you need to think about adding supports to you print to get good output
Bridging: The bridges tucked underneath the arc help determine whether your printer is able to bridge between two points well. Lookout for sagging or droping here and use it to tune things like bridging speed and part cooling
Stringing & Retraction: The small square towers (and also the "temple") make it easy to see how much stringing you're likely to get in your prints, Useful for trying out modifying retraction & temperature settings.

it printed good until it reached the 50 angle and it got disconnected from the bed print and spaghetti happens but it was probably my fault for not cleaning the bed print before the print

Yes that's the value of this test, i had something similar on a print a while back i cant remember how I fixed it unfortunately ( im not great with fault finding), but i print this test regularity on my 3 printers as it so useful
