Clarinet Case Insert

Description
This is an insert, made of soft 85A TPU, to hold a Bb clarinet and accessories. It is designed to handle 2 bells and 2 mouthpieces as well as all the other needed items for a clarinet performance. It is designed to fit into an aluminum case which can be purchased on Amazon here:

Note that the entire insert was a bit too large for my printer so I split it into two parts in the slicer. As such, the STL and STEP files contain the full insert and you'll have to split it as needed for your printer. The 3MF file already has it in two pieces, on two plates.
The overall size of the insert is 366mm x 236mm x 57mm, with rounded bottom and corners to fit into the case. There is an additional lip between the main compartments that protrudes upward by 9mm. This is because the case's egg-crate foam in the lid is recessed, so the lip keeps and small parts from moving from one compartment to another during transport.
The clarinet body area is designed for a Buffet R13 Bb clarinet. The holes for the barrels are 32mm and 34mm in diameter. The bell compartments are different sizes as well. The smaller compartment is for a bell up to 83mm in diameter at the large end (with a relatively thin lip), and 110mm long. The larger compartment is for bells up to 83mm in diameter (with a thick lip) and 125mm long. The two storage compartments at the left are 80mm x 55mm and 80mm x 165mm.
One more thing to point out. I made the compartment for the clarinet body with a spot for my add-on thumbrest/neckstrap hook. It allows the clarinet to be stored in the case without removing the thumbrest. If you're interested in the thumbrest model, I have posted it here:
I printed it out of Bambu 85A TPU for the softest feel. Other grades of TPU should work too, depending on how stiff you want it to be.
