This is the classic "15" number slide puzzle but with hexadecimal (base-16) numbers from 0-9 + A-F, measuring just 69mm x 69mm x 4mm.
This is my take on the classic “15” sliding number puzzle. I included the “0” for completeness, but it easily pops out so the remaining numbers can actually slide. There are two versions: raised characters and recessed characters.
It prints fine without supports, but some light organic tree supports make the empty square print just a bit smoother.
I added .3mf files with my settings, which have a .2mm first layer, .2mm remaining layers, 3 perimeters, and a Hilbert curve top surface. I also slowed the perimeters to 150mm/s to help with the tight tolerances in the model. The model is designed with .2mm increments, so it prints very clean at those layer thicknesses.
