Description
This is designed to hold all the most common and standard adapters for the 711 microphone. The lid of the case is also the cradle in which the 711 microphone sits so it can always be connected. A small locking lid closes over the preamp to keep it from shifting in transit. The opening groove in the bottom is shaped to let the other microphone cord pass under the case. An additional rectangular opening is sized to hold a thumb drive. The back of the case has three half-circle openings designed to hold the DP0774 and DP0775 adapters along with the green 94dB calibrator size adapter. The case is designed to close magnetically and magnetically attach to the back Calluna topper piece I designed with this set. The case is designed to be printed with PETG for heat resistance. This is to hold very specific adapters in a particular way. It is not intended for most people and would be unhelpful in any other situation. For those who know what it is, it should be immensely helpful. Those who understand can contact me using diei to let me know if there are any adjustments needed. This is a part of an entire system including front and back Calluna topper, front and back containers to replace the peripheral foam pieces, and sundry containers and adapters. The pictures with this piece show how it fits in the whole.
