Cleanline Shelf Screw Cover Inserts- #8 Flat Head Square Screws
These screw cover inserts are designed to neatly hide mounting screws used in the CleanLine shelf system, giving your installation a clean and finished appearance. The inserts press into place to conceal screw heads while still allowing easy removal if access to the mounting screws is needed. These screw cover inserts are for #8 flat head square screws only.
Both square and round styles are included to match different shelf designs and user preferences. Multiple fit options are provided to help ensure compatibility across different screws and material tolerances. Square inserts require proper screw head alignment, ensure screws are positioned correctly before pressing the insert into place.

Three fit options are included and labeled on build plate:
-Loose Fit (2.8 mm)
-Standard Fit (3 mm)
-Tight Fit (3.2 mm)
The Standard Fit (3 mm) is recommended for most prints. You can delete the other versions before printing. If the Standard Fit does not suit your material/screws tolerances, return and print the loose or tight version as needed.
Designed and tested in PLA.PETG and ABS are also compatible and should perform well.

Print profile:
-0.18 layer height
-100% infill
-Slower speeds helps accuracy on small parts
-Initial layer speed: 30 mm/s
- Initial layer infill speed: 75 mm/s
Tested in PLA, but PETG and ABS filaments should also work.
Other screw versions may be added based on demand
