Description

Spool labels prepared for ALL Bambu Lab filaments. (Status as of March 2024)

If you don't use this settings, the label yould look like this

Use Textured PEI Plate and the following settings for best results:

Quality → Line with → First layer = 0.40mm

Quality → Advanced → Avoid crossing walls = checked

I have tried all the settings in combination with the Cool Plate. But I never got nice results, let alone reproducible ones.

You can modify and create new labels directly in bambulab slicer:

1-3: Click the text to edit it.

4. If you have edited all text you wish, click the move tool.

5-6: Move the texts where you want. Z-position should be 3.04, but every time the text is changed, this value will be reset.

7: Select the complete object.

8: Select the “Lay on Face” tool.

9: Click on the top surface, so it will printed upside down. (Unfortunately, the texts are not editable when the area is facing downwards)

10. Happy printing :D

Here are my tests, if you have any ideas on what else can be adjusted. Please let me know. :)

Lexian...your labels are exactly what I am looking for but I'm experiencing an issue when printing that I hope you can help me with. My plan is to print the label in the same color as the filament and have the text either black or white. With the first label I printed, using Bambu PLA Matte Mandarin Orange, the "Sparse Infill" on layer 3 printed the same color as the Text...BLACK. What am I doing wrong? I did not adjust anything on the object, just copied it to the "Copy Paste here to print" plate, adjusted the color for the text items to the color in my AMS slot and printed. Any idea how to fix this so the sparse infill prints in the "Filament Tag" color? Thanks for any assistance.

Lexian...I figured out what was happening. Within your profile, the setting "Flush into objects' infill", under the "Others" tab, was enabled and this was what was making the "Sparse infill" print the same color as the text color I had chosen. Disabling this option resolved the issue completely.
