I’m missing something, the print I did doesn’t appear to look like the narrow mug 1 but instead 2.

Try the All Models print profile, they are all there. I’ll check the file for the mug chucks and fix the issue.

I really want to love this system. The chuck shapes are great. I've printed two. I've also had to print three bases. Each time I've used the chucks, the base plate fit is so tight that i've cracked the surface trying to get them out. If the bases were slightly smaller, they'd fit my bat system and the base would be a non issue.

we tested this on multiple shimpo wheels after many iterations. one hole is slotted to allow for some variation. what plastic are you using? if PLA is cracking try petg, PLA is very rigid. you can also take one of your bat pins and put in a cordless drill and spin the head in the holes for the bat pins to try to open them up if they are to tight. We use these at a studio and they get a lot of use, initially they maybe a little tight but shouldn’t break. can also measure you hole size and check its printing the same as the model size. Bambu Studio has settings to adjust hole sizes too if it’s off.

It's not the pins i'm struggling with. They're great. It's the combo of the bat/insert. The tolerance is just a bit too tight. I'm using Sunlu PLA + 2.0. which has been a pretty reliable filament for other things. I may try to adjust the chuck size when i print another one. Still a great tool!

I uploaded a new version of the plates with a V6 with 0.5mm wider opening. See if that helps.
