I designed this print in place clothes hanger because I am a little obsessive about not buying things I can easily print.
It fits on the bed of most medium sized printers like the MK2 / MK3 / MK4 and of course any of the Bambu lab machines.
The hook freely rotates and the legs hinge down.
I would highly recommend printing this in PLA and making it fairly solid (especially around the hinge points). PLA tends to lend itself best for the tight tolerances required to make the hinges work.
- Please take note -
As with all of my print in place hinged designs, your printer should be fairly well calibrated, otherwise you risk fusing the parts together during printing.
With decent calibration you can pretty much guarantee success every single print.
If you are having trouble with fused hinges, slow down your print. High acceleration values on less rigid machines tend to cause problems.
