👀 Moving Googly Eyes 2.0 Kit Card Set 👀

The standard googly eyes proved popular so I'm back with a new improved version which move like proper googly eyes.

2 kit cards for 4 pairs of large moving googly eyes.

Printing

No AMS required if you print the 2 plate / A1 Mini profile.

You can also scale the cards down to 66% for a smaller version, but much lower and the spring gets too small.

Assembly

Twist to remove each part and then click the 2 parts together. You can gently pull out the spring to make it more jiggly.

These look cool printed great used ironing on the top surfaces. The movement is nice. Our vacuum has eyes now.

my print failed. I shot myself in the eye trying to pull this off the build plate as the springy piece of plastic decided to cannon itself at my eyeball. then I ended up with nothing usable as the idea of the spring didn’t pull apart correctly for me

The designer has replied

when removing the card with the coils you should let the plate cool then slide the card side ways to release the coils rather than peeling the card up off the plate. Don't pull upwards on the coils as they will easily deform and not return to their normal position.
