Description

The best thing about having an awesome replica weapon (aside from using it while in costume) is being able to display it properly, which also keeps it safe.

A simple stand for the redux DL-44 blaster which I improved on. This will work for many of the dl-44 designs, but this has a specific notch in the base for the loop hole which creates a tension lock which is secure enough to hold the weapon fully inverted, as pictured. I've printed it with natural/transparent filament with embedded bambu iridium gold metallic writing, and am including embossed and engraved versions as well as AMS and single color versions of the embossed - Embedded only has AMS and Engraved only has single color.

Please have a look at my other designs for the redux DL-44 Blaster in the photo.

print easy and looks great, I’ve got some feedback but not on the profile. I’ll post under the model itself.

The print came out great, no issues. some feedback on the model, though, if you are interested. I’ve got an original Mauser, a resin replica (in luke configuration) and the Evike airsoft Han Replica. All three sit too high in the back so the indent for the ring doesn’t engage and the shape on the back. The leg at the back where the blaster sits in needs to be wider as the current shape isn’t really engaging the blaster to sit well. I think a slightly U shaped indent which is a little wider might do better. The last thing is the indent at the bottom for the ring is a bit small. I cut down the rear leg to get the blasters to sit lower but it would not sit steady due to not fitting in the indent correctly. This was especially an issue with the Evike since it's side heavy. Thank you for making this available to the public, i think with a few tweaks this could be turned into a nice stand for other styles of DL44.

Hi there, thanks for your review. As I don’t have the three versions you’re referring to I can’t confidently make any adjustments, but if you can tell me how much to modify them by (rear leg XXmm lower, etc) I’m happy to customise it for you.
