All components must be printed in PETG or ABS with support throughout. The 30% infill is sufficient on all parts except the "clip" which I recommend at 55%. Layer height 0.2mm, shell thickness 1.2mm, bottom/top thickness 1.2mm except the "clip" part which should be 2.4mm.

For the 2mm diameter axle hole I used a nail drilled to the desired length and for the 3mm hole I cut two pieces of M3 threaded rod approximately 34mm long.
