Create your “Mini Gym Kit”!
Track your progress and create a schedule for your gym exercises.
This is the Exercise Schedule and includes:
- Exercise Base,
- Muscle Tag Base,
- Muscle Tag,
- Pointer.
They allow you to create your gym schedule, organizing the exercises by muscle group and indicating with the Pointers the number of sets and repetitions to do.
Printing Tips:
- I remind you to add a white writing on the Muscle Tag with the muscle group name.
- I recommend you to color the numbers on the Exercise Base.
Assembly Tips:
- Fix in order the Exercise Base and lastly the Muscle Tag Base.
- Insert the Dumbbell or Barbell Holder into the Exercise Base's slot using a light pressure.
- Insert the Muscle Tag into the Muscle Tag Base's slot using a light pressure.
- Put the Pointers into the Exercise Base's slots.
