Description

Created a new Silica Gel Desiccant tray for the Bambu Lab printer. I think there must've been some revisions on the AMS unit because the trays I've tried on this site don't fit because the ribs are too long on my AMS. I tossed a rubber band around mine to hold it together and give me something to grab if I need to pull it out. No cover when I use these so I can see the beads change color with moisture.

Prints with no support.

**Added base with chamfer instead of fillet.

Works nicely. The only "problem" with this is that you can't close the original lid. But it has its own lid so you can just remove the original lid altogether and it is not a problem. I just need to figure out where I'll keep the original lid so I don't lose it. 🙂

The box does not fit properly into the slot. The box is small. But on the contrary, the lid does not close because the box is too thick. So the measurements are very wrong. I don't understand what people like about this model. The box is too small for its slot and you cannot use the lid.

I would give it a 5 star, however, the only issue is that the lid tends to open up. I just added a little bit of silica to it and I have to put tape on the lid to stay in place.
