Works pretty good Printed fine, the design is real nice and looks good on a desk, but securing on to the desk does not work the best. The assembly is real easy, just needing to screw the clamp in, but once you clamp it on to your desk, it loosens over time and wiggles some. If you are gentle, it is not a big deal. Other than that, it is really good overall. The one thing I would suggest adding is a cable management area. Fits pretty much all headphones
