This fan shroud easily replaces the very loud and inefficient fan on an Ender3 with a 4020 fan. This may not be more silent but a lot more efficient. Additionally the shroud is longer, helping to center the air perfectly onto your parts. You can easily replace the fan using longer screws for the new one and you just glue the shroud in with some hot glue.
