With this you can have a fine and always synchronized adjustment of the two motors of the Z axis, It happens to me that after some impressions a motor of the Z axis stays a few millimeters de-synchronized with the other motor which makes me try to calibrate the Bed when this really is not necessary simply just have the two z axes synchronized.

To place the pieces, first it is necessary to adjust the axis so that the two towers are at the same height, later leveling the bed and leaving the calibration as much as possible. Once this is ready we make a small notch in the acrylic chassis of the printer and with the pin we leave the best aligned with that notch, so whenever we want to print something when we do a home all we will see if the axes are perfectly synchronized.

Con esto se puede tener un ajuste fino y siempre sincronizado de los dos motores del eje Z, A mi me pasa que tras algunas impresiones un motor del eje Z se queda unas décimas de milímetro desincronizado con el otro motor lo que me hace intentar calibrar la cama cuando esto realmente no es necesario simplemente basta con tener los dos ejes z sincronizados.

Para colocar las piezas, primero es necesario ajustar el eje para que las dos torres estén a la misma altura, posteriormente nivelar la cama y dejar la calibración lo mejor posible. Una vez que este listo hacemos una pequeña muesca en el chasis acrílico de la impresora y con el alfiler lo dejamos lo mejor alineado con esa muesca, así siempre que queramos imprimir algo cuando hagamos un home all veremos si los ejes están perfectamente sincronizados.
