A1 Mini Top PTFE Bowden mount
Print Profile(3)

Description
💿 Updated version 3.1 online! Do not print the Weisnetde profile. It is an outdated V1.0!
What is this part? 🔩
A design flaw of the A1 Mini is that the filament unwinds from the spool when the Z-axis moves upwards with the filament feeder mounted on the Z-axis.
When the Z-axis moves back down at the start of the print, the filament becomes entangled around the unwinder and the spool.
The solution is this design, which relocates the filament feeder to the top of the Z-axis. Simultaneously, it prevents the print head cable from moving over the Z-axis.

Assembly Instructions: 🪛
The filament feeder is simply plugged into the print head. It can be removed by pulling straight on it. Some force may be required. Pulling straight will prevent damage.
Remove the screw as shown in the image. It can be reused for the new part. Attach the new cap and tighten the screw. Then you can reattach the filament feeder.
