Description

This credit card sized tool allows for measuring of US imperial machine screws and nuts, and includes a built in protractor. Additionally, the four corners are marked for filet radiuses between 1/4" and 1/32".

Print the top 0.4mm in a second color if you would like contrasting labels.

Pairs nicely with a metric screw gauge

too thin and doesnt print with generic PLA well

@CNC_Visions What generic PLA are you using? The print profile is tuned for Bambu filament. You will likely have to tune flow/extrusion multiplier to get good results with other brands. Over extrusion will make the lettering difficult to read.
