hey, I designed a rim in 1:4 scale. The rim consists of 2 parts with additional disc brake plus bracket and a gear wheel

I printed with 0.4 nozzle, a 0.2 height and a 15% infill. Support on “Felge_1 & 2” - ON

Material:

Rim - BAMBU PETG Basic (120mm/s)

Brake Disc - BAMBU ABS Silver (Bambu ABS Pre Setting)

Bracket Disc - BAMBU ABS Black (Bambu ABS Pre Setting)

Gear Wheel _ BAMBU ABS Black (Bambu ABS Pre Setting)

To assemble you need

Screws:

M2x8 - 12 pieces

M2x4- 5 pieces

M2x3 -6 pieces

Bearing:

11x4x5

On the last picture you can see a complete model with electric motor, swingarm and working printed(1) shock absorber. if the rim reaches 1,000 downloads I'll upload the next piece to complete the whole working model
