Description

A simple small bin - mainly for purge lines and smaller printer waste - which is placed directly in front of the printer.

It is pushed directly to the front of the printer and through the small extension on the back of the bin, it is arranged a bit under the printer. The positioning is adjusted to the height of the "factory feet". I have printed it once for a P1P and a P1S and it fits very well.

Dimensions of the bin (visible surface): 240 x 100 x15mm, rounded inside for easier removal of purge lines.

Embossed lettering on the front as a small gimmick (PURGE LINE BIN)

A little tip if you don't have AMS:
Slice the PurgeLine bin and set a pause at layer 71. Change the filament and continue printing until the end.

the print was nearly perfect, only some issues with the first layer . Somehow I can’t print perfect first layers with the filament from „Extrudr“. But it looks cool. 👍 I have the same issues with other prints, but only when I use filament from Extrudr.

Thanks for your 5-star rating and your photo - also a very nice subtle color combination.... cool. Hmm - I haven't tried Extrudr yet (mainly use Sunlu PLA+/PETG), but had similar problems with others until I did the following with my plates (Smooth/PEI/PEO): - Wash plate with pure dishwashing liquid and soft cloth under hot water and rub dry - Before printing, wipe the plate with an optician's microfiber cloth and isopropyl alcohol without pressure (search for Build Plate Cleaner) - Bed temperature increased by 5-10 degrees, AUX-Fan off, initial layer max 50mm/s - Installed OrcaSlicer and calibrated the filament (FlowRate 1+2, MaxFlow and Pressure Advanced). I also use these settings in BambuStudio... - I have completely dispensed with the GlueStick - for very critical small parts I use a touch of 3DLack and clean with ISO before each print. With detergent once a month Since then I have had no more problems at all...
