It is nice quality but I think the tolerances aren't correct as I can't get the lid off
Other Issues:the tolerances are too low

Thank you for the review! I tested the lid issue (pushed down without batteries) on 3 different printers and, it's tight, but I was able to remove them each time which suggests the challenge may be with your printing environment. This model, designed with a 0.1mm tolerance for the friction fit, has been successfully used on other platforms for several years. Could you share a picture of the seams on your print? It would help to identify and address the issue you're experiencing. Here to help!

I was unable to separate the parts. In the end, I was left holding the bottom because the walls cracked. I will recalibrate and try again, this time increasing the wall thickness so that the walls do not crack so easily.

Of course, I immediately had to print a second one. For this, I set the scaling in the slicer to 101% and the larger batteries now fit perfectly. I scaled the lid to 101.5% and it also opens and closes cleanly on my printer. I need to change the seam position because the print start is clearly visible, but I'm sure there's a solution for that (see photo). Adjusted settings X1C / Textured PEI Plate with PLA Matte: Smoothing Type: Only top surfaces / Linear Wall Lines: 6 Top Shell Layers: 7 Bottom Shell Layers: 5 Infill Density: 20% Every printer has its own tolerances – with these settings it worked wonderfully for me. I hope my comment can help someone. Thank you very much for the great model.

Other Issues:Nice design but problems with fit. With AAA batteries works great, but if try to put AA batteries, doesn't fit all together.

if you made it so there was another layer on ends and sides it would be incredibly durable I have broken 2 of 4 pieces with normal use

Super cool battery holder. fit both AA and AAA's great (with adapter). seems solid enough to throw in my backpack.
