This custom PTFE-tube guide, in the form of a ring, is a quick and easily fittable PLA part for the A1 Mini which is created with the default 0.4 nozzle. Its purpose is to stabilize the PTFE tube of the external (Non-AMS) spool holder when the default Bambu Lab PTFE-tube quick connector is located at a custom location just like that of the following model: https://makerworld.com/en/models/115495#profileId-124176 (highlighted with red color inside the images #5 and #6). My model (highlighted with green color inside the images) is complementary to the aforementioned (linked) model.
Since the ring-part of the model has a 50 degrees angle it requires some minor supports at its end but it is a very quick print, under 15 minutes, and the supports are easily removable by hand.
I have double-checked all the hights and widths of the A1 Mini extruder to make sure that it functions properly without kinking or damaging the PTFE tube, or messing about with other parts of the printer, while guiding the tube without locking it in place.
It is recommended to use only the predefined parameters that I have set for this model project inside the Bambu Studio, that also include supports (as previously mentioned). However, you are free to change values to your liking, if you know what you are doing!
P.S.: If I receive a lot of likes, and relating comments, I might create an extra filament cleaner model as well as a support for the extruder (black) cable that is located behind my current model.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Please note that this model is a remix based approach of another great model by (@schiko) found here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/53757#profileId-55534
