Assembly and usage instructions

1. Laser cut and CNC
   DFX file is provided for those of you who own a CNC or Laser cutter so that you can cut a protective lid.
2. No CNC or Laser
   To store the teeth in the box we suggest using some kind of sticky tack in each slot to secure each tooth.
