I've been wanting a tool head fan cover for a while so decided to do this punisher inspired one

Printed on original textured plate and loved it. got a smooth pei hot plate with a cool reflective design and printed it back through on a 0.2mm nozzle and it is still awesome and shiny now!

Awesome! Used the vent in 3 different covers so far, the last pic with the red cover is my current setup! I used the same vent in each cover to be clear and it still fits securely! only had to print one 👍

Thank you for creating!! 🔥👍 I really enjoyed printing all of the accessories out and am glad that these models are available to address different issues or possible issues for preventative maintenance plus improving the performance of the machine. Worked on big CNC’s for many years, did complete restorations many times on mills and lathes, worked with robotics, etc. I have seen a lot in the manufacturing industry and made a list of problem areas I wanted to do something about for my printer when I first got it and I am now basically done with all of that. Plus different things to personalize the printer like your fan dust cover with Skull 💀that both functions/looks awesome and then the entire rabbit hole of other printer accessories you can print lol 😂. I’m glad to be out of that hole finally but the vent was one of the last touches and thanks again! Zero issues, I literally pulled it off the plate after it printed and popped it in place so it couldn’t have been easier! 👍

Small issue. Printed this in PLA originally. Cover fell off the first time I printed something in ABS. It got very warm and when it cooled it had shrunk enough so that it would not stay on anymore. May try to print in ABS or PTFE so that the hotend temperature does not affect it as much.

El primero lo hice en pla, pero al imprimir abs, se cae, así que he probado hacerlo en abs y de momento resiste. me encanta el diseño 😃
