Avant de vous présenter le projet nous souhaitons féliciter le travail sur lequel le nôtre s'est basé et/ ou inspiré merci à la Team Annex pour la R2 du XOL 2 ainsi qu’à DW-Tas pour pour le système de led dans la Faceplate et dans les fan-ducs.

Vous trouverez ci joint le lien du github du projet XOL 2 R2 pour pouvoir imprimer les pièces non présentes sur le projet : soit le chariot, soit le TAP, et le Sherpa Mini.

Pour la BOM vous trouverez tout le matériel nécessaire sur le github du XOL 2 R2 pour la construction basique, pour l’utilisation de nos mods vous trouverez une BOM un peu plus bas.

Le projet a été réalisé par trois membres de la team Voron-Fr Methylene, McFly et moi même (Porteaie).

Dans ce groupe de mod vous retrouverez une toolhead compatible XOL 2 R2 pour hotend bambulab et les pièces qui vont avec (liaison sherpa et spacer).

Un bloc Led pour garder la classe sur la front plate, ainsi qu’une led dans chaque fan ducts pour éclairer votre print.

Pour le MOD BBL et LED/Barf vous aurez besoins du matériel ci dessous :

1 x Hotend Bambulab ainsi que sa cartouche de chauffe et sa sonde.

2 x Inserts M3 x 5 x 4

2 x Vis M3 x 35mm

PTFE 27 mm

1 x Fan 2510

4 x Inserts M2.5

4 x Vis M2.5 x 20 mm

3 x LEDs sur PCB identique aux LEDs du Voron Stealth Burner

ou

2 x LEDs sur PCB identique aux LEDs du Voron Stealth Burner + 1 x LED Barf

Montage des éléments :

Première étapes la hotend BBL dans son support :

Mettre les deux inserts M3

Puis monté la hotend BBL dans son support à l’aide des deux vis M3 x 35mm.

La seconde partie est le bloc fan 2510 + la partie faceplate led ou barf :

Dans un premier temps positionner les quatre inserts en M2.5 sur l’arrière du fan.

Puis une fois les leds installés dans les différents éléments on vient fixer le fan avec la faceplate à l’aide des vis en M2.5 x 20mm.

Il ne vous reste plus qu'à monter le reste du XOL 2 R2 en suivant le guide disponible sur le github d’annex.

Before presenting the project to you, we would like to congratulate the work on which ours was based and/or inspired, thanks to Team Annex for the R2 of XOL 2 as well as to DW-Tas for the led system in the Faceplate and in the fan-ducs.

You will find attached the link of the github of the XOL 2 R2 project to be able to print the parts not present on the project: either the cart, or the TAP, and the Sherpa Mini.

For the BOM you will find all the necessary material on the XOL 2 R2 github for the basic construction, for the use of our mods you will find a BOM a little further down.

The project was carried out by three members of the Voron-Fr Methylene team, McFly and myself (Porteaie).

In this mod group you will find a XOL 2 R2 compatible toolhead for bambulab hotend and the parts that go with it (sherpa and spacer connection).

A Led block to keep the class on the flat front, as well as a led in each fan duct to light up your print.

For the BBL and LED/Barf MOD you will need the equipment below:

1 x Hotend Bambulab as well as its heating cartridge and its probe.

2 x M3 x 5 x 4 inserts

2 x M3 x 35mm screws

PTFE 27mm

1x Fan 2510

4 x M2.5 inserts

4 x M2.5 x 20mm Screws

3 x LEDs on PCB identical to the Voron Stealth Burner LEDs

Or

2 x LEDs on PCB identical to the Voron Stealth Burner LEDs + 1 x Barf LED

Assembly of the elements:

First steps the BBL hotend in its support:

Put the two M3 inserts

Then mounted the BBL hotend in its support using the two M3 x 35mm screws.

The second part is the 2510 fan block + the led or barf faceplate part:

First position the four M2.5 inserts on the back of the fan.

Then once the LEDs are installed in the different elements, we fix the fan with the faceplate using M2.5 x 20mm screws.

All you have to do is mount the rest of the XOL 2 R2 by following the guide available on the Annex github.
