Hello there, I have designed new version of Scraper Machine


You can easly scrape at 20 degree angle !!!

Features:

  • you do not have to use two hands, to hold that (now just hold drill, that is much better)
  • shorter print time and weight of model
  • less screw and insert needed (just 3 right now)
  • easier construction
  • tpu exchangable blades


Print settings and recomendations:

  • 4 walls
  • 4 top/bottom layers
  • 20% infill
  • use TPU for blades (I think a95 is the best)
  • print balls from 3mf file, with supports

 

Needed hardware:

  • 3x M4 10mm Screws
  • 3x M4 (4-6mm length) heat inserts
  • 1x 14mm wide Drill Hex mount/nut

 

I am sharing a STEP (CAD) file, for Inner Ball Race, to make u possible, create your own dimension or shape, of connection with drill
Im sharing with TPU blade step too

It is only a prototype, I am going to build much better one in the future, with builded motor, battery, switches and GEARBOX
Of course, It will be much smaller and compact
