Credit card sized kit card with a little plant sign inside. The pile can slide through the sign and stays in position once it's pulled through. The sign area is about 55x25mm (2.16 x 0.98 inches). You can either put a sticky label onto it or use the chamfer on the sides to slide a paper / cardboard sign into.
