Description

A simple solder fume extractor/exhaust fan on your desktop, comes with an adjustable angle stand.

A chamber is reserved on the bottom to store extra power cords and connectors, and s self-locking cable clamp for securing the power cord.

 

You will need:

1 x 8015 Fan, thinner or thicker fans work equally well, but you may need to adjust the size of the screws below.

8 x M3 x 16 Screws, countersunk head screws recommended.

2 x M3 x 8 Screws.

2 x M3 brass insert.

1 x 70mm cylindrical HEPA filter, the height should be between 24-30 mm

Connector, switch, regulator, remote controllers, etc.

Assembling:

1 Insert the brass insert into the holes on the side.

2 Using 4 x M3 x16 screws to secure the fan.

3 Wire and hide the switch, regulator, and extra wires in the bottom chamber.

4 Pass the power cord through the hole on the back and secure it with the cord clamp.

5 Using 2 x M3 x 16 screws to fix front cap.

6 Using 2 x M3 x 8 screws to fix stand.

7 Installing the HEPA Filter and secure with back cap and 2 x M3 x 16.

Print Guide:

Print with PETG or ABS, PLA is fine if you're sure you don't want to use it in a hot environment.

The screw holes have been pre-threaded except for the stand mounting screw holes on the side.
