Owning an RC car with a precise mechanical structure is every man's childhood dream.
Now, with the help of 3D printing and the Bambu Lab CyberBrick kit, I can create my own RC cars.
Firstly, I made a 4x4 Mini Off-Roader! It has a 3D printed Rigid Axle Dependent Suspension, and has been downloaded and printed 2000+ times since Sep 2025, and many users reviewed 5 stars.
Now I made a new CyberBrick 4WD car! It has a new Double Wishbone Independent Suspension system based on the 4x4 Mini Off-Roader,
more compact and faster, and with a Combination Lighting System.

This car has a unique Combination Lighting System, which can make the headlight and indicator operate separately. Because of the hardware limitation: the LED wire is 100mm long, not enough to reach the LED hub at the front of the car(I need to ensure the priority of the front headlights), I can't make a taillight together with the indicator, and also, that's why the taillight has a long transparent part. I did lots of tests to make a Combination Lighting System. Now you can see the effect on the front lights of the car. I hope CyberBrick has new solutions to solve the issue later. Recommend using my print profile"LED Transparent Parts", I follow the Bambu Lab Wiki to set the printing profile to make the PETG Transparent -Clear as clear as possible.

Check the BOM to know which parts you need to build this car. Recommend printing Tires with TPU or PEBA; Lampshade with PETG Translucent - Clear; Structure Parts with PLA-CF; the Car Body with any filament you prefer.

It took me a lot of time to make a detailed Assembly Guide, but I insist on not only providing users with the best models, but also offering the best assembly experience. Of course, you need time to assemble this model, but trust me, it's worth it. Many people wonder how I make the Assembly Guide. I use Rhinoceros 8 Educational to model and export images for the assembly guide. I posted an article to explain how I designed the assembly guide: How I Made the Assembly Guide

I also uploaded the Chassis and Wheels STP file, so you can design your own car based on it.

I have put a great deal of effort into designing and building this car. I could make it as a Crowdfunding project, but finally I decided to publish it as an exclusive model. If you like my design, you can click the “buy now” button on this page to support me. I can get commission from it, which can inspire and support me keep on doing more excellent models.
Thank you! Have fun! Happy New Year!
