Tolerances seem a little too tight. I have printed in different material and still no difference. The lid will not twist closed

Yes, it’s an initial tight fit. Depending on the filament I’d use, I would attach channel lock pliers to the lid, and twist the bottom back and forth, lock and unlock, to loosen them.

Love the case, the cap is a bit tight but it's fine because I prefer it without the cap.
