Description

Behold! Here I have the bare bones of something I've been working on for a while now, and it'll only get better over time. I made this Mini ITX case in mind for the TRYX contest, since it combines two of my passions into one big project. I've always had a passion for product design, and this is really tapping into some of the ideas I've had for a few years.

I have many things I'll be continuously working on for this case, but wanted to submit this for the contest. In the future, I'll be creating fancy panels, optimizing parts, adding cable management, and a few other tweaks.

Specs and Materials:

This case is meant for entirely Mini ITX parts. An ITX motherboard, an SFX PSU, a 240 radiator, and up to a 3-slot GPU with 300mm+ length. Everything is held together using M3 screws listed in the BOM.

For hardware outside of the regular PC components, you'll need a basic power button with a 16mm diameter, and a PCIe riser cable. This was designed for a 400-600mm long riser, with or without a 90 degree bend

Everything of mine was printed with PETG CF to keep it strong with decent heat resistance, however ABS may be the best way to go if you have an enclosed printer, just in case. I recommend printing with 4-5 walls with 15% gyroid infill using the 0.4 hotend, or what I did was 4 walls with the same infill using the 0.6 hotend.

Also, please ignore the lack of a PCIe riser cable in the photos, as I originally ordered the wrong one and now another is on the way. Oops.

Please let me know any suggestions or questions you may have! Thank you so much.
