Made this simple case for my airpods, looks great and works well droped a couple of time and havnt scatched them and they still work amazing!

thanks for your feedback, i think i will slow the print profile done during the first couple I initial layers, what’s happening is that the TPU since it’s soft flexes up at the nozzle around the corners and creates these artifacts I’ll see if i can improve this with a few tweaks in the print profile 👍😁

I used this TPU print profile

And I was able to successfully print out this model, and which resolved many of the previous issues I had.

Printed it with Kangaroo TPU. Fit well but it could be challenging to charge headphones wirelessly with some chargers.

Not to sure if that would be fisable with a TPU print 😅I think this is as thin as you would like to go with a still half decant print 👍
