Description

This credit card sized tool allows for measuring of metric screws and nuts, and includes a built in protractor. Additionally, the four corners are marked for filet radiuses between 1 and 4mm.

Print the top 0.4mm in a second color if you would like contrasting labels.

Pairs nicely with a US imperial screw gauge

I was looking forward to this but was concerned when my print was skewed after the manual color change. I’ve done manual color changes before without this problem. I’ll add a photo. I’m doing this on a P1S. Please let me know if you have any idea why it may be happening

I ran the same project, the one with no AMS and manual filament change. When the pause happened I just pressed continue. Do you think this a problem with my P1S?

Replying to @cyclismo :
Just as another case, I printed the Imperial project, no AMS, and manual filament change. Yellow for the base and blue for the finishing layers and there was no skewing, so it doesn’t seem to be my P1S.

Appears to be a problem when using the "load" and "unload" commands based on what I see in the forums. One workaround is adding "G28 XY" to the pause g-code to force homing after swap. This is not something I encountered on my end, but I will update the print profiles when I have the chance. Thank you for providing detailed troubleshooting pictures.

@christofferbond this poor surface finish is due to overextrusion, not the print profile. Please use the utility to tune flow and see if that improves the result.

Perfect! But why do I keep getting this extra rectangle with almost every print? I’m using the A1 mini with AMS. And more important, how can I prevent this?

That's the purge tower that allows the nozzle pressure to stabilize between filament swaps. It can be disabled in the slicer at the cost of print quality.
