I'm sharing with you a discovery I made on thingiverse, the compliant mechanisms, it's really interesting and I thank the designer of the file:https://www.thingiverse.com/byu_cmr/designs  , I advise you to print it in PETG for greater strength.

Definitely would be better out of anything other than PLA for its elasticity, but love it!

Would not completely close on compression and after a few compression it broke

I've been going down the compliant mechanism rabbit hole. What a cool concept! Made with PETG, and it's pretty darn tough.
