Description

Ive designed this to help with re-spooling filament onto bambu re-usable spools. It has a small filament holding hole which holds the filament snug while the initial layer is pulled onto the the bambu spool, this has worked wonders for me so I thought id share it to help others.

Tested to fit the All bambu spools.

Recommended material; ABS

Build Plate; Bambu High Temp Plate, The rough base finish using PEI Plate is ok but not Ideal.

Changes on Bambu Studio;

0.2mm standard layer height,

2 wall loops,

Sparse infill density 25%,

Sparse infill pattern Gyroid,

Supports OFF,

Brim OFF.

Seems like it should work out great and make things easier when respooling. Printing out a couple to have on hand.

Printed perfect and works great along with V-Spooler for respooling filament from card to plastic spools.

Thanks for making this. I'm wondering if it is possible for you to upload the *.step file instead? The STL seem to not be a true circle - it's a little faceted
