Storage tray for bike stand

I use a service bike stand from LIDL - Crivit

The original bowl was too small for my needs, so I designed a larger size.

It turned out that I have more bowls and I have half the tools in them :-)

the bowls are approximately 200x170x70mm in size

You have several types to choose from:

Bowls are either with partitions or without partitions.
Tube diameter 34.8mm or 38.1mm
There are two models of hooks, they fit tightly - use sandpaper, print the number of hooks as needed.

You have to print the bottom extension separately and stick it with strong glue.
If you have another printer with a larger print space (300x300), you can print the model Container 34.8 with extension.stl

The bowl is fixed with 4x M6-15mm threaded screws. If you want to use a nut, use longer screws and drill the thread. (you may need to thread the threads with a tap)

The bowls have holes in the bottom part for attaching hooks for screwdrivers, keys, etc...

If you are going to print STL, don't forget to choose the correct socket

If you are going to print Container 34.8 with extension, be prepared to use supports. I printed this large model on another printer with a larger area and I had the model lying down.
