Use a M3x20 Screw and a M3 Nut to connect the top and bottom.

0.16mm layer, 4 walls, 15% infill
I had a lot of issues with this print initially. Turns out the outer gears were too tight. A little filing on the hole resolved that. Beyond that, the top plate, there is a correct orientation, and I found that it had been done upside down the first time, causing too much friction. After printing the bottom again (the arms broken when trying to disassemble), I did get it back together and worked fairly well. Overall good design and nice print, just pay attention when assembling.

Printed great, works as shown in the GIF. It’s a little loose in the tolerance between the gears for my taste

I love the finished project. had to reprint a couple things as it was first time printing with copper silk and had to tune it.
