Description
An accurate model of a WW2 trench knife. This is easy to print and assemble. Great for display. Glue together assembly.

Printed using an A1. Used gold silk & black PLA (handle) and silver silk PLA for blade and pommel. Glued two pieces together with pegs using JB Weld. When set up, sanded entire knife starting with 220 grit and progressing to 1000 grit. Left picture is knife fully sanded. Right picture is blade and pommel graphite powered then entire knife clear coated - twice. After dry, lightly sanded with 2500 grit. The graphite powder really give blade a worn metallic look. Model printed without issue, happy with result.
