I made this insert to fit the very nice Filament Swatches Rugged Box you can find here.

The insert will hold four complete hotend assemblies and the screws that come with the assembly. The nozzles and wires fit in very neatly and there is a slot for the tab on the largest plug which holds everything in place. Be careful when removing the assembly to not rip out the wires.

Printed in PLA (my filament ran out towards the end of the print, hence the two tone colour) with 3 wall loops but everything else left at the standard settings. You could probably drop the infill to 10% without any issues.
