Description

CHECK OUT THE UPDATED VERSION Bambu Accessory Box - Hotend to Nozzle Adapter V2, WITH TIGHTER TOLERANCES AND WITH A LOOP TO KEEP THE NOZZLES FROM MOVING!

---------------------------------------------------------

Custom part for the “Bambu Accessory Box-P1/X1-No Hardware Needed” by MingGY. In case you need more slots for nozzles and not complete hotends, you can print this model and place it in the complete nozzle slots to adapt it. The model prints great with a few supports, and the nozzles sit exactly as they do in the slot on the right of the original model.

Hi, I have a question, I also posted in @mingGY design, as the one you did is the same, just out of curiosity... is it on purpose that the heat sink part of the nozzle does not touch the bottom of the socket? I mean... there is a gap between the plastic and the heat sink because the rear and the front of the nozzle sit first not alowing the heat sink to go deeper to rest in the bottom. Thank you a lot.

I guess it's a matter of tolerances, but can't say for sure. I tried to keep the same dimensions as in the original model, which is why it happens on both the original slot and my adapter.

Hey, I changed a few things on the model, you can check the new version on https://makerworld.com/en/models/514456#profileId-430630. I did indeed reduce the space between the nozzle and the adapter and I also added a loop to keep the nozzle from moving inside the box!
