This RGB-Cube was inspired by the model from valerio.tarabella. I created the whole thing by myself in Solidworks (before he added the stp files) and used a Node MCU V2 (49 x 24,5mm) with WS2812B and WLED. Powered by a 5V 2A power supply.
The bottom part is one single piece and the top part are 6 different pieces (but all in one STL). These are printed with 4 perimeters in black to ensure they block all the light.
The diffusor is printed in white with only 2 perimeters and 10% filling.
For this model you need a lot of threaded brass inserts in M3 (4x) and M2 (24x)!
The M3 inserts are 5,6mm long. The M2 are 3,85mm long.
The screws on the sides of the diffusor are really tricky to screw in. For this I used a wera micro ratchet (8001 A Bit-Ratsche ¼")
