Kit card phone holder with eight different graphic designs. Hand them out to friends, family and coworkers, they'll love you for it! Each one takes about an hour to print and requires simple assembly. I have included one profile containing all 8 designs (plus a blank) as well as profiles for each one separately. They can be printed on all A,X and P series Bambu printers. I have included both the raw stl and a step file if you want to add your own designs or use a different printer.
If you like this kit card and would like a different design, please let me know in the comments or messaging app, and I will try to upload a new profile with your design.
Printing Instructions
If you are new to Bambu, the initial project can look a little daunting since I have included all the colors necessary for all the designs. When you open the project file, set your printer type and plate type. I used a textured plate, but smooth plates will work as well. Once you have selected your printer type, make sure the correct printer is selected on the device screen. At this point I recommend NOT SYNCING your filaments as this will rearrange all the colors to match your AMS(s). Simply select a filament drop down and select a matching color (or other color) from your AMS as shown in the pic below.
Assembly Instructions
Remove the two sides and four struts from the kit card. Remove the nibs with small dykes or a blade. Fit the struts into the sides and snap together. Use a drop of CA glue where the strut meets the side to make it stronger. The tolerances were optimized for PLA on my filament profiles, so they may be a little looser or tighter with different materials or calibrations.
