Description

Product Introduction:

  • Inspired by The Force Tamper, we present The Daoffee, a coffee impact tamper that operates similarly to The Force. Utilizing a window breaker, it achieves automatic constant-pressure impacts. This ensures consistent and uniform pressure during each tamp, effortlessly compressing coffee grounds, compacting the interstitial gaps, and addressing uneven distribution. It also reduces the need for meticulous leveling, easily handling clumping issues.

Similarities and Differences:

Similarities:

  • Horizontal constraint design for straight tamping
  • Constant pressure structure for consistent tamping force
  • Impact structure generating substantial force with each press

Differences:

  • Lower durability due to limitations in 3D printing strength; base may experience wear after multiple uses
  • Non-adjustable impact force
  • Higher force required for tamping compared to The Force

Important Note Before Production:

  • Before proceeding with production, please note that 3D printed products may have food safety concerns. Proceed with caution.

Printing Instructions:

  • Some print files have been fine-tuned, including XY compensation and infill strength. We recommend using high-strength materials such as PETG, PLA+, ABS, etc. However, materials like PAHT-CF with carbon fiber or glass fiber are not recommended due to potential fiber shedding issues.

Required Accessories and Specifications:

  • Impact device: Files designed based on the dimensions of this car window breaker
  • Protective rings: Place in the groove on the base of the tamper; 2 fluorine rubber O-rings 5*2
  • Rebound device: Used for tamper rebound; 1 spring 1.2*28*40

Assembly Instructions:

  1. Start by inserting the spring into the 3rd print, then place both into the inner circle of the 4th print, ensuring the threaded side of the 3rd print is facing downward. Press the 3rd print to test if the rebound is smooth. If not, adjust the outer dimensions of the 3rd print or modify XY compensation.
  2. Place two fluorine rubber O-rings into the middle groove of the 5th print, then connect it with the 3rd print using the threads.
  3. Align the 2nd print with the recess above the 3rd print, insert it, and then rotate counterclockwise. Ensure that the 2nd print slides into the second track of the 3rd print, allowing the 2nd print to move up and down without sliding out.
  4. Remove the head and tail cover of the car window breaker to expose the front striker rod and the spring at the rear. Place it into the 2nd print.
  5. Rotate the 1st print into the 2nd print.
  6. If assembled correctly, pressing the tamper should trigger the release of impact force.

打印说明:

  • 部分打印文件已进行微调,如xy补偿、填充强度等。建议使用PETG、PLA+、ABS等高强度材料,但不建议使用PAHT-CF等碳纤维或玻纤材料,以免发生纤维掉落问题。

所需配件类型和规格:

  • 击发装置: 文件根据该破窗器尺寸设计,汽车破窗器
  • 保护圈: 放入粉锤底座凹槽处,2个氟胶O型圈 5*2
  • 回弹装置: 用于粉锤回弹,1个弹簧 1.2*28*40

组装说明:

  1. 先将弹簧套入3号打印件,然后将两者放入4号打印件内圈内,3号打印件带螺纹方向朝下。此时可按压3号打印件,测试回弹是否正常流畅。若不流畅,请适当缩小3号打印件外尺寸或调整xy补偿。
  2. 将2个氟胶O型圈放入5号打印件中间凹槽处,然后与3号打印件通过螺纹连接。
  3. 将2号打印件对准3号打印件上方凹陷处插入,插入后逆时针转动并继续插入,让2号打印件划入3号打印件的第二条轨道内,确保2号打印件可上下移动但不会滑出。
  4. 将击发装置汽车破窗器去掉头尾部盖,露出前段击发棒和后方尾部的弹簧,并放入2号打印件内。
  5. 将1号打印件旋入2号打印件内。
  6. 若组装正确,则此时按压粉锤会正确触发释放冲击力。
