M3x8 SHCS Machine Screw (20PCS) - AA037

Description

X/P Spool Holder Brace XPSB

Brace your spool holder for smoother filament feeding and retraction!

Protect your holder from breaking and avoid misprints, tangles, and unnecessary headaches.

Paired with Spool Arm Lock, Spool x PTFE Guide, and Spool x Filament Guide, this gives your spool the stability you deserves.

Features

  • Reinforces your spool holder for added durability.
  • Helps manage spring tension from the buffer when feeding filament to the toolhead.
  • Gives your P2Beast a clean, professional, and finished look.

📝 Note:

This brace is a complemented by Spool Arm Lock.

You’ll also notice slots and screw holes on the top. These allow for future expansion. This was intentionally built into the original design, smart and forward-thinking from the start, used or not those allow for flexibility if I want or needs.

At C59, we believe small details make a big difference.

Compatibility

  • Compatible with: P2S printers

Installation Instructions

Screw length specifications: M3×8 socket head cap screw x2. See BOM for details.

  1. Remove the existing screw(s) from the top-left back corner of your printer.
  2. Slide the spool holder into its dedicated groove on the brace, aligning the screw holes.
  3. Insert your two longer screws and tighten securely.
  4. Done! You now have a strong, reliable, and professional-looking external spool setup. Thanks to the spool brace!

Enjoy your rock-solid spool holder. Your P2S deserves it, and so do you.

Well it does work! While feeding a filament manually, the small brace will flex,, kind of annoying. this is why I’ve done a couple mods! if you plan on using the original holder, I got couple great add-on and even more P2S parts and accessories 👍 Let me know if you have other question that I can assist with! Thanks ✌️
