Description

This is a shortened Version of my Dragon Scales Lamp - Vase Mode - downward flowing scales

As the other models this one is optimized for Vase Mode printing.

Make sure to print 13 (!) solid bottom layers in 0.18mm layer height to get around 2.5mm of a firm base to attach your lamp socket. If you use thinner layers adjust the layer count accordingly. I recommend a 0.6mm nozzle for ruggedness and decent light absorption.

This Lamp is designed to be used with IKEA Hemma or Sunneby sockets which should be widely available.

Because of the shape and thin wall even a ~800lm LED bulb will produce decent lighting so don't go overboard on power.

@quintenmyth tried that for one of my other lamps using 0.62mm line width and it worked for him. Let us know when you tried it yourself!
