Description

PURPOSE = This part will help you release the PTFE tube coming out of the AMS into the buffer.

This is technically a remix of https://makerworld.com/en/models/72083#profileId-76216 which for some reason is not allowing remixes. So we'll just say I was inspired by the design instead.

I liked the concept but didn't want to take apart anything. Look at the video they posted to see how it works.

UPDATES = in this design include slots to allow the part to flex when inserting it so that you can just remove the PTFE tube, push it in, and put the tube back in.

MATERIAL = PLA will probably work but might not flex and just break. So I would recommend PETG or better.

This little thing works great! Especially when needing to remove everything from our P1S to do monthly maintenance on our printer. Printed with Crystal Clear PLA+ from IIIDMax.

Works perfectly and stays put. I inverted it for printing so the larger flat side was on bottom.
