Description

V2 Vented Remix - Updated Bambu Lab Ultimate P1P P1S X1-C X1-E Riser+AMS Stand - Community Build!

AMS Riser with ledges half way up the riser so the glass will slide in on top of for easy ventilation when printing PLA. Add LED lighting or stick cheap under cabinet lights to the bottom of the AMS for a simple lighting solution.

  • Rises AMS off machine
  • Allows visibility through top glass while printing
  • Allows access through top glass for servicing without disconnecting/removing entire AMS
  • Shelf allows top glass ventilation to prevent heat creep and clogging during PLA prints
  • Minimizes sharpness of PTFE bend radius's helping mitigate “failure to retract” errors
  • Stops the PTFE tube from rubbing on the top glass
  • Easy to add accessories such as lighting and hooks to hang your build plates

03/26/2024: Due to being asked multiple times I have added a plate of just the connectors to the .3mf file. These are separated to reduce the risk of the smaller parts dislodging and ruining the larger prints. Feel free to add them to a plate(s) with the risers as they will fit if you wish.

Additional accessories found under raw models. For all accessories and more details, see: https://www.printables.com/model/557492-v2-vented-remix-updated-bambu-lab-ultimate-p1p-p1s

A+ all around. sturdy as all ever and give the machine a mean look.

Wondering if the riser locks in place somehow. Any concern with this thing sliding off during printing if the printer shakes?

it sits in. it won’t slide off.

What are the yellow bars that appear when the model is opened in Bambu Studio?

They're modifiers to strengthen the tabs, it allows you to set specific parameter to the areas it's contacting. Check the "objects" tab for specifics. These can be added by right clicking > add modifiers then defined in the objects tab.

Ah, makes sense! Thanks for this model. I'm printing it on my new X1C. Will take a few days! BTW, the two rear parts have holes which extend through near the bottom corner. What are these for? Wires for LED strips maybe?

Love it. Mine was also very tight, so I had to do some heavy sanding to fit the glass and to fit the riser in the frame. It was all worth it! I also made an adapter to hold build plates found here: https://www.printables.com/model/765107-bambu-riser-build-sheet-holder-adapter

This is a great print. i either have a slight print dimension issue or my printer is not square as the glass top doesn't fir all the way in and the front left piece doesn't quite fit right. BUT, it does work Only question i have is, now that the glass sits higher, the PTFE hits the side of the printed part because it isn't constrained by the glass. Is there anyway of fixing this? Even without the LEDs it hits the side there.

you can shorten the ptfe tube, print one of the cable chain/ptfe clips or some people just add a soft sided piece of velcro there.

printed great with no fitment issues. was able to snake an LED strip through one of the holes in the back so I could add some WiFi connected Govee LEDs to plug into the wall so my xtouch can use the internal USB port.

it looks awesome and printed very well! thank you very much! at first i thought i have to glue the parts together but the small connectors are enough to hold it. I changed nothing in the print settings. Turned out 10/10
