Create your BaBo organizer! A system created to store them all!

Description:

This is the [BaBo duo] mono drawer module 30. It is a large drawer with space for 9x8 inserts.

It is only compatible with the [BaBo duo] modules and not with the [BaBo] modules. But you can use the [BaBo] inserts.

The usable dimensions of the drawer are 270x240x30.

The drawer has space for 9x8 inserts.

The inserts have a grid of 30x30mm, this means a 1x2 insert has the dimensions 30x60mm.

BaBo organizer is a stationary, very flexible system to store your tools, spare parts and even printing plates. The design is based on the iconic look of the Bambu Lab X1 printer. The entire system uses only 1 type of screw, M3x8 countersunk screws.

Wow! Just make sure you're printing the exact parts you need if you separate them.. The left and right are different (the triangles that stick up and hook into the next piece on top)

Mono drawer is holding all accessories for my printer. It's very useful that I don't have to look for a specific accessory between drawers. All tools are together in one drawer. Amazing!

This already exists, it's part of the models that my supporters get on Printables.com and Thangs.com.

flat head machine screws or should they be self tapping screws that are pointed?

It was designed for metric screws. ISO 10642 - DIN 7991 - M3x8 Wood screws should also work as long as they have a diameter of approx. 3 mm.

WARPING DRAWERS... can I please make a suggestion for anyone with this issue, I used the LESS WARPING profile from @dogneely which certainly helped (probably a 85-95% perfect), but I was still having some warping on the outer front corners and found that that the sheet was actually pulling up from the printbed... so of all things, I used some of the C type PTFE tube clips that are on here (just printed in PLA) and I put them on the front two corners of the sheet, locked them in under the bed and the 90mm drawer has just come out completely flat and perfect. so maybe this suggestion will help people, maybe it wont, but for me the drawer is perfect now. Printed on a P1S with e-sun PLA+ for reference. all settings as per the Less Warp Profile, door closed, lid on. just with the sheet pinned down on the front 2 corners. sweet.
