Description

KeyRing of a combustion engine with turning crankshaft and moving piston.

Printing
No supports.
I printed with PLA+, layer height 0.15 mm.

Assembly
Use some grease or oil on the moving parts for a smooth operation.
No glue.
Click the piston in the cylinder, and the crankshaft in the crankcase.

Operation
Put your finger on the round button and turn the crankshaft.

the tolerances are too large and it is not held together

That was my first impression when I printed one of these, the orange parts are not held together until they are all placed into the black casing. Once they are they stay there and move freely. If you place the orange parts together upside down on a table, so that the pins use gravity to stay in you can then place the black case over the top. Please give it a go and report back.

sorry but that doesn't work because the tolerance is too big, it fits in no problem but it sits too loosely in there

Das Teil gefällt mir optisch sehr gut. Nach kleiner Nacharbeit der Durchmesser war die Beweglichkeit gegeben. Kurbelscheibe könnte etwas besser gesichert sein.
