AMS Lite Universal Spindle Accents

Wanted to have a little fun with the Universal Spindle system I designed. The spindles have been updated to include a 4.5mm x 4.5mm hole in the center and these little buttons/accents whatever you call them pop right in. These can be created by anyone, I created a few to give the idea. The pin on the back is 4.3mm x 4.3mm with a 1mm fillet. They pop in easily but stay in place until removed.

If you've already printed the spindles but want to use these, just drill a 4.5mm x 4.5mm hole in the middle. If you or don't have a 4mm drill bit then a 5/32 will work fine. You can always upsize the pin or downsize as needed, though they are already pretty small.

Now the AMS can be holiday, superhero, or just jazzed up a bit.
